Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship to certain countries outside of the United States. Please contact us at sales@BELIENI.com to inquire rather or not we are able to ship to your region. Thank you.

 

Q: Are your shoes true to size?

A: Yes, based on our shoe chart conversion they are true to size. *If you are not use to breaking in shoes we recommend that you order one size up for a comfortable fit out of the box. We encourage everyone to use our shoe chart. If you wear half sizes or have wider feet we recommend that you choose the next full size up.

 

Q: The shoes fit but are a bit snug, will they relax.

A: Yes they will relax and conform to your feet. Our shoes are constructed primarily of premium leather, for most people they will require a break in period, in most cases it is a good idea to also condition and oil the leather areas.
